Getting started with Grace Self Storage is simple.
Follow these five easy steps to secure your space today.

Choose Your Unit
Select your preferred storage unit size (Locker, XS, S, M or L).

Contact Us
WhatsApp, call or email us to confirm availability, pricing, promotions and your move-in date.

Complete the Rental
Accept the rental agreement and make payment (first month's rent and $80 refundable security deposit).

Receive Your Access Instructions
We will send your unit details and access instructions.

Move In
Bring your own lock and move in on your commencement date.
Before You Rent
Please review these important information to ensure a smooth rental process at our facility.
Bring Your Own Lock
Customers are strongly encouraged to bring your own lock for your storage unit.
Store Permitted Items Only
Do not store illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, perishable, living items, cash, jewellery or irreplaceable valuables.
Photograph Your Stored Items
Please keep clear photos of your stored items for your records. Grace Self Storage may request them if needed. Customers remain responsible for all stored goods and compliance with the Rental Agreement.
Optional Site Viewing
Site viewing prior to rental is optional and by appointment only.
Appointment slots:
- Saturday: 1.30pm to 3.30pm
- Sunday: 1.30pm to 4.00pm
Ending Your Rental
Please give at least 1 month's notice, empty and clean your unit, return any door access devices, and settle all outstanding payments.
Security Deposit Refund
Your refundable $80 security deposit will be refunded (subject to applicable deductions (in the event of any damages to the storage unit)) once all rental obligations have been fulfilled.
